Tobias Münch , cello

Tobias Münch has lived in Davis since his immigration to the US in 1998. With a business degree from his home country Germany, he has spent most of his career in the recycling industry (sales/operations) in Europe and California.Today he works in environmental policy (Recycling) for the government of California.This profession has allowed him to travel almost every corner of the Golden State since 2001. Recently he went back to UC Davis and completed another degree, this time in International Relations/Environment (Graduation June 2007).

Münch has played cello since he was nine years old and has been a member of several orchestras in Europe throughout the 80s and 90s (chamber and symphony). He also enjoys travel, opera, scuba diving, European cinema, photography, technology, etc.
